Located in Burghaslach, Holiday Apartment 4 offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is part of a seminar center and has been used as a holiday apartment since 2018. The 80 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, and accommodates four people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, and a dryer. A communal kitchen with high-quality equipment and a dishwasher can be used for an additional fee. A shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue is also at your disposal. There is also a horse stable with four horses on the property. The cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg can be reached in less than an hour. The Steigerwald is within walking distance. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request and for a fee. Smoking is not permitted. The electricity in the accommodation is generated by solar energy. Seminar and yoga rooms can be rented on site upon request. Specific rules apply for recycling; you will receive more information on site. The bright Apartment No. 2 in the seminar house offers around 112 m² of space for up to 11 people – ideal for families, groups of friends, or seminar groups. You will find individual retreats combined with communal living in a quiet, natural setting. The accommodation features five bedrooms with a total of eleven beds, including a cozy attic. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer ample storage space, some with their own washbasins. A small kitchen with a hob, refrigerator, dishes, and seating is available for self-catering. Breakfast can be booked on request, or you can use the professional catering kitchen in the house; both are available upon request and for an additional fee. A bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and additional washing facilities in the rooms provide comfort for group stays. Towels are included. The apartment includes a balcony with seating. In the garden, a fire bowl with more seating invites you to relax. You have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and attic. The seminar house is located in the idyllic village of Oberrimbach in the Steigerwald Nature Park. Trails for hiking, cycling, or riding lead directly from the house into the surrounding nature. The cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg can be reached via the A3 in less than an hour. Seminars and workshops are regularly held in the house. You may participate upon request or plan your own events. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. This approximately 260 m² accommodation in Seminarhaus Punkt XII e.V. – consisting of apartments 6 and 7 – is ideal for larger groups, families, or teams. With five bedrooms and up to twelve beds, it offers plenty of space for you to arrive and feel at home. A private balcony, a terrace with garden, and a gas grill invite you to relax outdoors. The layout allows both privacy and communal gatherings – indoors and outdoors. On the lower level (apartment 7), you will find two bedrooms: one with a king-size and a single bed as a walk-through room, and one with a king-size bed. Both have access to the terrace. On the upper level (apartment 6), there are three more bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, one with a king-size and a single bed, and one with two single beds. The walk-through room is currently not separated from the hallway. The kitchen in apartment 6 is well equipped for self-catering and leads directly into a spacious communal room with dining table and access to the balcony. Optionally, you can use the house's professional kitchen – especially practical for groups and available for an extra fee. Breakfast is also available on request and for an additional charge. A bathroom with shower and bathtub (apartment 6) and a separate WC (apartment 7) are at your disposal. Fresh towels are included. The offer is complemented by a yoga and multipurpose room on the upper floor, which is ideal for group activities, meditation, or creative workshops. At the heart of the house is a fully equipped professional kitchen – perfect for cooking together at a high level. Use of the kitchen is charged separately depending on the number of people and length of stay and may be offset against the deposit. Directly connected is a large dining area in banquet style, providing ample space for all guests, whether for festive dinners, productive seminars, or relaxed gatherings. Two connected bedrooms create a communal atmosphere. The large room is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a table with chairs, and a sofa. In the adjoining smaller room, there is another double bed. Single room rental is not available. The bright, wood-paneled kitchen offers basic equipment with a hob, sink, refrigerator, dishes, and a dining table with seating. Upon request, you may also use the house’s professional kitchen. Breakfast is not included but can be booked on site. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower function, washbasin, toilet, washing machine, and fresh towels. The outdoor area with fire bowl and seating is available to all guests – ideal for relaxing evenings in nature. Seminar rooms in the house can be used for events or privately. Participation in ongoing workshops is also possible; current offers are available on request. Access to the apartment is via the glass entrance hall at house number 23 and a spiral staircase to the red apartment door. You use the entire apartment exclusively.
